The Platform is intended exclusively for use by authorised employees, contractors, partners, vendors, and customers of Sheltertech India Private Limited. You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and legally competent to contract under Indian law to use the Platform.
Your access to features, records, and documents on the Platform is determined by role-based access controls. You must use the Platform only for the purposes assigned to your role, and only access records that you are authorised to view. Attempting to access records or functionality outside your authorisation is a breach of these Terms and may amount to an offence under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

All non-public information accessed through the Platform — including but not limited to employee personal data, payroll, customer records, order data, site reports, vendor terms, financials, and internal communications — is the confidential information of Sheltertech India Private Limited. You must protect such information during and after your engagement with Sheltertech India Private Limited, and must not disclose it to any person except as authorised in writing or required by law.
The Platform, including its software, design, content, trademarks, branding, and structure, is owned by Sheltertech India Private Limited or its licensors and is protected under Indian and international intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms, no licence or right is granted to you.
You acknowledge that your activity on the Platform is logged for security, compliance, and audit purposes. Logs include login events, page access, document views, document downloads where permitted, uploads, exports, modifications, and the reasons captured at the time of access. Sheltertech India Private Limited may review logs in the course of investigations, internal audit, or in response to legal process.
Data entered into the Platform is the property of Sheltertech India Private Limited. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of data you enter, upload, or maintain. You must promptly correct any errors that you discover in records under your responsibility.
The Platform may integrate with third-party services for hosting, payments, messaging, biometric attendance, and analytics. Your use of those services through the Platform is subject to the respective providers’ terms in addition to these Terms.
Sheltertech India Private Limited aims to keep the Platform available during business hours but does not warrant uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance, security patches, or operational changes may require temporary downtime. Sheltertech India Private Limited may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at its discretion.
Except as expressly stated, the Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Sheltertech India Private Limited disclaims, to the maximum extent permitted by law, all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Sheltertech India Private Limited does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free or that defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sheltertech India Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profit, business, goodwill, or data, arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sheltertech India Private Limited, its proprietors, partners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your misuse of the Platform.
Sheltertech India Private Limited may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms, security reasons, completion of your engagement, or otherwise at its discretion. Provisions relating to confidentiality, intellectual property, indemnity, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to mandatory law, the courts at Panchkula, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform.
Sheltertech India Private Limited may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Platform and, where required, will require fresh acceptance before continued use. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
